Job Summary
Customer Service Representative role for a remote work-from-home position within 60 miles of Glendale, AZ. Responsible for in-bound and out-bound calls to provide top-tier customer service for lease-to-own solutions in a FinTech context. Requires clear communication, problem-solving on calls, and proficiency with multiple software applications. Includes 4-week virtual training, full-time hours (Mon-Fri 7:30AM-4:00PM, additional weekend shifts possible). 100% attendance required during training. Compensation: $17.00/hour. Must reside within 60-mile radius of Glendale, AZ; Wired internet with minimum speeds; dedicated home workspace. High school diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Must reside within 60-mile radius of Glendale, AZ
- Wired internet connection with speeds of at least 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload
- Full Time/mandatory training: 4 weeks virtual training, Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM
- In-bound and out-bound call handling experience (call center)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with multiple software applications/screens
