Job Summary
Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for customers at the facility, interacting with crew members and passengers to provide professional service and solutions. Responsibilities include assisting with requested services (fuel, hangar space, catering, hotel accommodations, ground transportation), resolving questions and complaints about Avflight services, processing sales transactions, closing and balancing daily inventory, fuel tickets and meter sheets, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, ability to learn multi-line phone and computer systems, ability to lift/carry weights, and willingness to undergo background checks and security clearance; aviation experience is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills are essential; availability for holidays and weekends is needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have valid Driver’s license
- Must be able to lift 20lbs and carry up to 10lbs
- Must pass background check, pre-employment drug test and obtain security clearance
