Job Summary
Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Veterinary Receptionist at VCA All Animal Hospital in Orange Park, FL. Responsibilities include greeting clients and patients, answering phones, guiding clients through visits, scheduling and confirming appointments, placing outbound follow-ups, explaining fees, processing payments, recommending products/services (including prescriptions), educating clients on basic pet care, maintaining a clean front desk and hospital environment, managing medical records and correspondence, and supporting the medical team to ensure smooth patient flow. Ideal candidates are friendly, empathetic, highly organized, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting, dependable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented. Preferred experience in customer service or veterinary/medical settings and familiarity with scheduling systems or EMRs.
Required Qualifications
