Job Summary
Customer Service Representative role handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email; assist with routine account-related requests, online banking features, and processing tasks; direct requests to appropriate staff; cross-sell bank products and services; assist with creating online banking letters, address changes in Bill Pay and online banking, verify and report balances, and complete Checkback processes; requires high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication, typing speed, and multitasking abilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: Accounting or banking experience encouraged
- Demonstrated proficiency in typing with speed and accuracy; basic keyboarding skills
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a complete understanding of regulatory and compliance policies and procedures
- Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts
- Demonstrate a level of knowledge and skills equivalent to a Universal Banker I
