Job Summary
Administrative order-handling and customer support for an international sales environment: handle customer orders via email and the online platform, create customer-specific offers, track deliveries, process returns and complaints, perform system maintenance for order processing, and respond to general customer inquiries. Requires completed commercial training, experience in order processing, high accuracy, structured planning, and strong German and English language skills; proactive, service-oriented, and able to collaborate with colleagues in a multinational setting.
Required Qualifications
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung
- Hohe Präzision in der Bearbeitung von Aufträgen
