Job Summary
Front-line customer service and administrative support in a Ashley Furniture store; responsible for greeting customers, processing sales orders, managing customer accounts and financing, cash handling, resolving inquiries, supporting audits and documentation, and collaborating with sales and merchandising teams to ensure a smooth store operation. Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office; flexible to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays; legally eligible to work in the US and at least 18 years old.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
- 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; including rotation for store opening and closing responsibilities – various shifts
- Maintain reliable attendance
- Thrive in a team environment
