Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for Ashley Furniture Stores responsible for front desk greeting, handling in-person, phone, and email inquiries; processing sales orders and ensuring documentation approvals; managing customer credit applications and financing; cash handling and transaction reconciliation; addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues; supporting audits, inventory, and compliance checks; maintaining accurate records and routine reports; and collaborating with sales, merchandising, and store teams while utilizing POS systems and Microsoft Office to perform duties efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred
- Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; including rotation for store opening and closing responsibilities
- Maintain reliable attendance
- Thrive in a team environment
