Job Summary
Front desk and customer service representative responsible for greeting customers, delivering exceptional service, processing sales orders, managing customer accounts and credit, handling cash, resolving issues, supporting audits and reporting, and collaborating with sales team and store operations using POS and Microsoft Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; including rotation for store opening and closing responsibilities – various shifts
