Job Summary
Front-line Customer Service Representative responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greeting customers, processing sales orders, managing customer accounts and financing arrangements, handling cash, resolving issues, supporting store audits and documentation, and collaborating with sales and operations teams using POS systems, retail management software, and Microsoft Office. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Located in Indianapolis, IN, on-site role with Ashley Furniture benefits and equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred
