Customer Service Representative

Front Desk & Customer Service: greet customers in a warm, professional manner representing Ashley's brand image and provide exceptional service across in-person, phone, and email interactions. Sales Order Support: assist with processing sales orders and obtain proper approvals. Customer Account Management: process credit applications, assist with financing arrangements, and maintain account information in retail management systems. Cash Handling & Financial Procedures: follow cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions under Office Manager supervision. Customer Issue Resolution: address inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed. Audit & Compliance Assistance: support audits and verify documentation. Reporting & Documentation: maintain records and complete sales and office paperwork. Team Collaboration: work with sales, merchandising, and store staff to ensure a seamless customer experience. Technology & Systems: utilize POS systems, retail software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Complete other tasks as assigned. Must be legally authorized to work in the US, be at least 18 years old, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays with varying shifts.
