Job Summary
Front Desk & Customer Service at Ashley Furniture: greet customers in person, phone, and email; process sales orders accurately; manage customer accounts and credit applications; handle cash and reconcile transactions under Office Manager supervision; resolve customer inquiries and escalate to management as needed; assist with audits, inventory, and compliance checks; maintain records and routine reports; collaborate with sales and merchandising teams; utilize POS systems, retail management software, and MS Office to perform duties accurately; must be 18+, have HS diploma or equivalent, and preferably 1 year of customer service/administrative experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; including rotation for store opening and closing responsibilities – various shifts
- Maintain reliable attendance
