Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Ashley Furniture serves as the front-line ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service across in-person, phone, and email interactions. Responsibilities include front desk duties, sales order support, customer account management, cash handling, issue resolution, audits/compliance support, documentation, and collaboration with sales and store teams to ensure a positive customer experience and efficient store operations. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience; able to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays. Familiarity with POS systems, retail software, and Microsoft Office is desired.

- Legally authorized to work in the US
- 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; including rotation for store opening and closing responsibilities
- Maintain reliable attendance
