Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Ashley Furniture serves as the front-line ambassador, greeting customers in person/phone/email, processing sales orders, managing customer accounts and credit applications, handling payments, resolving inquiries, supporting audits and documentation, and coordinating with sales and store operations. Requires familiarity with Microsoft Office and retail management software, ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays, and strong teamwork and attendance. Benefits include health/dental/vision, employee discount, 401K, and PTO. This on-site role is based in St. Louis, MO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred
