Job Summary
Front desk and customer service responsibilities at Ashley Furniture, including greeting customers, processing sales orders, managing customer accounts and financing, handling payments and cash procedures, resolving inquiries, supporting audits and reporting, and collaborating with store teams to ensure a positive customer experience. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of relevant experience preferred, proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred
- Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
