Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Ashley Furniture delivering exceptional customer service as the front-line ambassador, greeting customers, processing sales orders, managing customer accounts (including credit applications and financing), handling cash and reconciling transactions, resolving customer inquiries, supporting audits and compliance, and assisting with reporting and documentation. The role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail-management software, ability to work in a team, and flexibility to work varied shifts; 1 year of customer service/office/administrative experience is preferred. On-site position located in Concord, California, USA.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
- 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; including rotation for store opening and closing responsibilities – various shifts
- Maintain reliable attendance
