Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative / Retail Office Associate for Ashley Furniture, you will enter customer orders into the system, process payments, manage daily deposits, answer customer inquiries by phone and in person, schedule deliveries, and maintain open orders and showroom displays. You will provide exceptional sales support, demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and work closely with the Office Manager to ensure accurate order processing and customer satisfaction. The role requires high school diploma or GED, solid computer skills, cash handling, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds; bilingual ability is a plus.
