Job Summary
Enter customer orders into the system, process payments, manage cash and daily deposits, answer customer queries by phone or in person, schedule and coordinate deliveries, maintain open orders and showroom displays, support the Office Manager, and demonstrate strong communication, computer literacy (Outlook/Word/Excel), and interpersonal skills to provide world-class customer service in a retail home-furnishings environment.
