Job Summary
Enter customer orders into the system accurately, process payments, and maintain security of cash and legal tenders. Answer incoming calls to respond to inquiries professionally, schedule deliveries compliant with procedures, and maintain open orders while communicating status. Prepare daily deposits, complete reporting requirements, and assist with showroom displays, tagging, and maintaining a customer-friendly appearance. Support the Office Manager with additional duties as needed. This role requires strong cash handling, computer proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong cash handling skills
- Ability to calculate figures including discounts, percentages, commissions, and related transactions
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to use sound judgment while responding to customer or vendor inquiries
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly
