Job Summary
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email regarding apparel and promotional products, assisting with product selection, customization, pricing, and order processing. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and provide proactive updates on order status and shipping. Handle complaints with empathy to resolve issues exceeding expectations while maintaining accurate CRM records. Collaborate with sales and production teams to address needs and ensure a seamless experience. This role requires three to five years of customer service experience in the apparel or promotional industry, with proficiency in CRM systems and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, 3 to 5 years in the apparel or promotional products industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on customer service
