Job Summary
Customer Service Representative supports the sales order cycle and customer relations by handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, processing orders, documenting terms and conditions, evaluating customer needs to recommend products, resolving disputes, managing Web orders and website leads, organizing reports for account managers, referring new leads, and maintaining ISO procedures. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems, understanding of supply chain and logistics, data analysis and problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of delivery services (USPS, FedEx, UPS). Bachelor's degree preferred and 2-3 years of experience or equivalent is preferred; experience in an ISO-certified environment and Salesforce CRM familiarity are advantageous.
