Customer Service Representative

Welcome customers with a friendly face, process bets, and assist with customer queries while demonstrating how to use betting terminals. Build relationships with customers and champion safer gambling at all times. Support managers with shop displays and opening/closing activities as required. Work shifts on a rota basis between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday, including evening and weekend hours. Age 18+ required with strong interpersonal and empathy skills.
