Customer Service Representative

Greet customers, assist with locating merchandise, and fold, size, and replenish stock while maintaining store cleanliness and operating the cash register. Communicate customer requests to management, process returns per policy, and support brand reps in the checkout experience. Develop knowledge of collegiate sports and local university activities. This part-time role requires flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends based on business needs.
