The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for routine data entry, office work, endorsements, remittance processing, and answering telephones according to established standards. Essential functions include maintaining agency files, preparing customer mailings, conducting audits, following up on client documents, greeting customers, processing insurance payments and endorsements, and providing general information. Candidates must have a working knowledge of office routines and demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to handle confidential information.
