Job Summary
Customer Service Representative needed to respond to customer requests, manage orders, and support product inquiries at IPEX’s Oakville, Ontario office on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. You will own the end-to-end order process, communicate proactively to manage delivery expectations, build strong customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience. The role requires handling inquiries, monitoring order flow and backorders, preparing quotations, and contributing to continuous improvement through data and process discipline. A post-secondary business-related education is preferred, with a high school diploma required, and experience in a B2B or manufacturing environment is expected. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP experience are assets. The compensation range is between 49,800 and 62,000 annually, with accommodation support available in the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a B2B or manufacturing environment
- Post-secondary education in business or a related field is preferred; a high school diploma is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build relationships and deliver a high-quality service experience
- Clear and professional communication skills, with sound judgment and a solutions-oriented approach to resolving issues
- Highly organized team player, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting continuous improvement
- SAP system experience is an asset
