Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, troubleshoot issues, and minimize resolution time while ensuring order supply to meet OTIF targets. Coordinate orders and inventory status in SAP, manage backlogs, and process invoices, returns, and credit memos. Reconcile financial data, collect delivery notes, and generate reports for the business service team. Maintain customer and material master data to support accurate order operations. Work closely with the local sales team to drive business success and manage customer complaints efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Trading, Logistic or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years Customer service role in global company
- English fluent oral and writing
- Mandarin
- Familiar with SAP order related operation
- Familiar with invoicing operation
- MS Office applications
- Good communication skill
- Business ownership
