Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at AkzoNobel in Barcelona. Responsibilities include managing order receipt efficiently, prioritizing timely order processing, and maintaining strong customer interactions and relationships. Manage order processing in the ERP system (order-to-cash), coordinate with transporters/logistics, raise issues in delivery/invoices, act as first-level contact for customer questions, identify solutions using product knowledge, propose improvements to work processes, register/archive customer service documentation, and ensure cooperation between customer service and field force. Adheres to corporate and site policies including HS&E standards. Requires experience in industrial customer service, CFGM/S or University Degree, fluency in English with German helpful, SAP or similar tool for order management, empathy, active listening, customer focus, and results orientation. Required Qualifications
- Essential experience in customer service department in the industrial sector
- Education in CFGM/S or University Degree
- High English is mandatory
- Good German level will be appreciated (not mandatory)
