Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end order processing for Industrial Coatings in the Middle East, liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation; manage OTIF, SLOB, and back orders, register and process customer orders in the ERP SAP system, coordinate with planning, logistics and sales, and resolve customer inquiries to uphold high-quality service levels.
Required Qualifications
- University graduate or equivalent
- English language proficiency (written and spoken)
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of ERP SAP systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Team-oriented with collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
