Customer Service Representative to partner with customers in an industrial environment, advising on tools, hardware, and materials for projects, managing order entry and transactions, coordinating costs and pricing, and ensuring excellent customer service and showroom experience; role involves communicating with customers and team members via phone, email, and in person, handling pricing and deposits, and supporting branch growth while adhering to safety policies and PPE requirements.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus
