Job Summary
Take inbound calls to field customer concerns and questions, focusing on processing and researching orders via the SAP computer system. Make outbound calls to proactively receive orders and complete research on order progress. Research and solve customer issues while working closely with other departments to facilitate complete solutions. Provide excellent service to key accounts by developing knowledge of industrial, medical, and specialty gases, welding supplies, and related equipment. Advise customers on necessary equipment, materials, and procedures for task completion. Arrange for delivery of cylinders and hard-goods. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm in Henderson, CO, with a pay range of $28.00 to $30.00.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service or sales experience
- Computer skills with comprehensive knowledge of computer order entry systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities with a follow up to completion focus
- Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to occasionally lift 25 - 80 lbs.
- Ability to occasionally work overtime
Desired Qualifications
- Sales or customer service for welding equipment and processes
- Some experience in handling compressed gases
