Job Summary
Customer Service Representative needed to support Aire Serv of Knoxville in a full-time role. Responsibilities include receiving incoming calls, scheduling appointments, assigning daily work to team members, performing marketing and sales functions to generate additional business, completing work orders, returning calls and addressing customer complaints, and maintaining office operations and procedures (including reviewing purchase orders). The role also may involve cross-training in related positions. Required qualifications include at least two years of administrative experience, strong written and verbal communication, meticulous data entry, a positive attitude, teamwork and independence, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and typing skills being a plus.
