Job Summary
Receive and place predominantly routine calls while answering customer telephone inquiries regarding orders, service needs, and complaints. Maintain detailed and current knowledge of company products and services to liaise effectively with sales and technical staff. Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments, and manage contract management and payor interfaces for states or private insurance. Maintain detailed and current knowledge of company's products/services. This role supports Air Liquide Healthcare Australia's commercial activity and sleep diagnostics services.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in general office practice
- Requirement to become Certified Polysomnographic Technician
Desired Qualifications
- College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or medical background preferred
