Job Summary
Answer client inquiries about basic animal care, routine procedures, and over-the-counter products while educating clients on heartworm and external parasite preventives. Admit patients, handle medical record entries, prepare invoices, and accurately process payment transactions. Escort clients and patients to exam rooms, relay client correspondence, and update financial records. Diffuse negative situations to foster loyalty and bond with clients during interactions to maintain a positive front desk atmosphere. Screen emergencies and prioritize cases to maintain an effective appointment schedule. Maintain positive relationships with team members and display tact and respect even during busy periods.
Required Qualifications
- Completed at least a high school education
