Job Summary
Customer Service Representative provides pre-sales and/or post-sales consulting to Agilent customers, managing the end-to-end customer experience from order to installation and coordinating with Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics and Service Delivery to resolve inquiries. Roles include handling end-to-end order status management, repair/calibration requests, product changes or returns, accounts receivable and invoicing requirements, contract or lease administration, and ensuring compliance with local and international requirements. The position may involve project management of country, regional or multi-country projects and requires the ability to read/write in one or more languages. Typically a full-time schedule with 4+ years of relevant experience; demonstrates cross-functional liaison, dispute resolution, and potential opportunity identification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
- Typically, at least 4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level
