Job Summary
Aeroflow Sleep is seeking a goal-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide best-in-class support via phone, chat, and email for CPAP users, serve as a liaison between medical offices, testing facilities, and CPAP dealers to obtain documentation, guide ordering of supplies, troubleshoot equipment, collaborate across teams, and meet KPI targets while adhering to HIPAA and company policies. The role emphasizes independent problem-solving, strong communication, multi-program software use (e.g., Google Suites, Microsoft Office, Zoom), and a commitment to team-oriented service in an in-office Birmingham, AL setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience in a customer service-related field
- Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality
- Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by schedule
