Job Summary
Serve as the primary contact for assigned PSG accounts, receiving, researching, and resolving client questions and complaints via telephone, email, and fax. Facilitate timely communications with thorough responses within one business day while maintaining all necessary documentation in the ACB phone log. Review fund transactions and ensure the client database remains updated. Identify potential service issues with the Supervisor and proactively seek solutions. This role supports internal and external clients and third parties, with duties adaptable based on specific client program specifications and ACB policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent certificate
- Basic PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office products; Outlook, Word, and Excel
- General mathematical, spelling, and grammar skills as demonstrated by successful completion of pre-employment tests
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong organizational skills
- Time management skills
