Job Summary
Remote Customer Service Representative supporting Accredo Rare Disease patients, handling a high volume of inbound calls, coordinating medication shipments, providing accurate order updates, and assisting with payments/co-pay as applicable. Requires empathy, strong communication, attention to detail, ability to work independently from a distraction-free home office, and successful completion of a 12-week training period with fixed CST hours. After training, standard schedule is Monday–Friday with CST hours; must reside within 50 miles of Memphis, Tempe, Warrendale, or Whitestown for location requirements.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to attend and complete full training without absences
- Reliable internet access and a distraction-free home workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
Additional Requirements
- Residence within 50 miles of Memphis, TN; Tempe, AZ; Warrendale, PA; or Whitestown, IN.
