Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for handling inbound/outbound sales and support calls, data entry, and account management. Key duties include evaluating sales methods to meet customer needs, addressing inquiries (pricing, billing, products, new accounts), upselling products in a fast-paced environment, maintaining knowledge of ThompsonGas products, processing orders and payments, handling daily driver paperwork, and supporting collections on past-due accounts. Onsite role in Grand Marais, MN; requires flexibility for overtime and weekends; pre-employment drug screening and safety-conscious environment. Strong communication, multitasking, and data-entry skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience (Call center experience preferred)
- Sales experience strongly preferred; ability to upsell products in highly competitive environment a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office and data entry skills
