On-site Customer Service Representative in Bee Cave/Austin, TX, owning end-to-end order management, proactively managing customer accounts, resolving issues before escalation, and coordinating cross-functionally to meet delivery timelines. Manages high-volume customer email communications with professional, timely responses; demonstrates strong relationship management, problem-solving, attention to detail, and accountability. Requires high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in customer service or order management; proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and collaborative tools (Teams/SharePoint). Shift: 7am–4pm, Monday–Friday.
Required Qualifications
