Job Summary
Act as the main liaison between clients and print production teams, ensuring accurate communication of job specifications. Handle inquiries, quotes, and print orders via phone, email, and in person. Provide expert guidance on printing options, file preparation, production timelines, and specifications. Track and manage job progress, provide status updates, and proactively resolve production issues. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate client records, job tracking, and order documentation in print management systems. Troubleshoot and resolve customer service and production-related issues quickly and professionally. Support workflow efficiency by coordinating across prepress, production, and finishing teams.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in the printing, graphics, or print production industry preferred
- Background in customer service, account coordination, or client relationship management
- Strong understanding of print terminology, file formats (PDF, InDesign, etc.), and production workflows
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven print production environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with print management or job tracking systems is a plus
