Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for print production and front desk coordination responsible for intake, logging and communicating job details, serving as primary contact for clients regarding job specifications, deadlines and budgets, coordinating with production teams (operators and prepress), ensuring accuracy and print readiness of files, tracking through completion, and providing front desk support and administrative assistance to production staff.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with Reprographics
- Experience in customer service, print production, prepress, or graphics environment preferred
- Working knowledge of offset printing, digital printing, and production workflows
- Familiarity with prepress processes and file preparation standards
- Strong problem-solving and solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with graphics applications (Adobe Creative Suite preferred) is a plus
