Job Summary
Act as liaison between clients and print production teams; manage inquiries, quotes, and print orders; advise clients on printing options, file preparation, and production timelines; track job progress and proactively resolve production issues; collaborate with prepress, production, and finishing teams to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction; maintain accurate client records and documentation in print management systems; troubleshoot and resolve customer service and production-related issues; support workflow efficiency across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in the printing, graphics, or print production industry preferred
- Background in customer service, account coordination, or client relationship management
- Strong understanding of print terminology, file formats (PDF, InDesign, etc.), and production workflows
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven print production environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with print management or job tracking systems is a plus
