Job Summary
Answer incoming phone calls and emails regarding account and program questions, while managing outbound calls to welcome new sponsors, re-engage lapsed donors, and respond to voicemails. Identify cross-selling opportunities to drive successful donor engagement and complete call objectives. Represent Food for the Hungry's mission through top-notch customer service that aligns with Heartbeat values, utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Requires at least one year of customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools. Located in Downtown Phoenix with an in-office schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to sit/stand at a computer for up to 8 hours a day doing repetitive motions on a keyboard
Desired Qualifications
- Customer relationship management software skills
- Previous call center experience
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Spanish language
