Job Summary
Domino's Customer Service Representative responsible for contacting and assisting customers with product and service inquiries, recording and updating customer accounts, preparing and packaging food products, processing payments, and resolving product or service issues in a fast-paced restaurant setting. The role involves communicating product details, services, and charges to customers, maintaining a positive learning experience, and working in various conditions (outdoors, noisy environments, with hazardous materials or equipment). The position supports a team-driven environment with opportunities for wage raises based on performance evaluations and potential tips as part of the in-store tip pool.
Required Qualifications
- Be 15 years or older
- Be attentive to detail
- Be customer oriented, friendly and energetic
- Have cash management skills
- Be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise
- Be willing to learn and be comfortable performing other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed and work the above listed duties with reasonable accommodation if needed
