Job Summary
Answer incoming calls and get customers scheduled quickly for HVAC and plumbing service needs. Assist customers with their service requests, communicate clearly with technicians, and prioritize urgent or emergency calls. Enter and update customer information accurately while handling high call volume efficiently. Maintain organization and follow established scripts in a fast-paced environment. This steady in-person role supports Alco Air's team of technicians across East Texas, ensuring customers receive timely care for their home systems.
Required Qualifications
- Previous CSR or call-center experience in an HVAC or plumbing company
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable following call scripts and processes
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- In-person position: 4 weekdays, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, plus Saturday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
