Job Summary
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing FiveStar customer service, conducting sales transactions, and ensuring a clean and well-stocked store environment. Duties include greeting and engaging with customers, preparing quality food, maintaining inventory levels in the Deli, promoting specials through suggestive selling, and cleaning various areas within the store. The role requires the ability to work on different shifts, weekends, and holidays, and involves physical activities such as standing, lifting, and food service preparation.
