Job Summary
Customer Service Representatives provide a friendly atmosphere for customers and fellow employees, conduct sales transactions, ensure the store is well stocked and clean. Key duties include delivering exceptional customer service, completing accurate sales transactions, preparing quality food according to safety standards, maintaining PAR levels in the deli, promoting specials, cleaning and merchandising sales areas, and adhering to safety and company policies.
