Customer Service Representative - 4063

Receive deposits, cash checks, and process mail deposits while cross-selling bank products and addressing customer inquiries. Log cashier's checks, reconcile cash drawers, and manage safe-deposit box procedures. Complete account openings and closings for consumer and business customers, including checking, savings, CDs, and HSAs. Obtain necessary information for currency transaction reports and adhere to dual-control security functions. Maintain confidentiality and participate in community activities to promote the bank's image. Willing to travel to other locations for staffing coverage.
