Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for 3rd shift responsible for assisting the store manager in operating a compliant, efficient retail store. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, greeting customers, processing cash and card transactions with integrity, ensuring policy compliance, maintaining a clean and organized store appearance, executing merchandising programs (including plan-o-gram integrity and sign placement), rotating foodservice products to keep them fresh, monitoring transactions for proper execution, and responding quickly to emergencies to ensure safety of customers and employees. The role emphasizes loss prevention and asset control, with flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays; retail experience is preferred.
