Customer Service Representative -3rd Shift

Customer Service Representative needed for third-shift at a Monroe, MI retail location. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, greeting customers, ensuring policy compliance, maintaining a clean and organized store appearance, efficiently processing cash and card transactions with integrity, implementing merchandising and marketing programs (including plan-o-gram integrity and sign placement), rotating foodservice products to keep items fresh, monitoring transactions for proper procedures, and responding to emergencies to ensure safety and security. The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently, stand for extended periods, and work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have retail or customer service experience.
