Customer Service Representative

Support sales goals by processing customer information, responding to inquiries and complaints, and maintaining quality relations with assigned accounts. Contact customers via telephone or correspondence to obtain missing data, trace late orders, and ensure an accurate customer database. Maintain updated files on all assigned customers and complete required documentation. Train new Customer Service Representatives as requested. Perform other related duties as assigned.
